​APAP / CPAP / BIPAP / VPAP TRIALS

During the trial period,

  • You will be formally assessed for a correct mask fitting. 

  • Have regular review appointments with our trained staff, regarding your therapy progress, and to attend to any issues you may have.

  • Periodic communication/detailed reports will be sent to your treating Medical Specialist.

  • If circumstances require the trial period can be extended at no extra cost to obtain your best therapeutic outcome.

  • For clients living in rural areas it can be arranged to have your trial done by via remote monitoring.

EQUIPMENT

  • Adelaide CPAP Service offers at EVERYDAY DISCOUNTED PRICES a range of CPAP, BI-PAP, V PAP, and travel machines, along with full face and nasal masks by leading manufacturers of Sleep Apnea equipment - PHILIPS, RESMED FISHER & PAYKEL, and LUMIN.

  • We also stock CPAP replacement parts and accessories and can arrange service / repairs for your machine. A loan machine is provided as part of this service, so you can continue your therapy whilst your unit is being repaired.

  • ADELAIDE CPAP SERVICE WILL BETTER ANY WRITTEN QUOTE FROM ADELAIDE BASED CPAP SUPPLIERS. 

  • If you choose not to purchase a CPAP unit, machine hire is also available on a monthly periodic basis.

  • All purchases can be shipped Australia wide.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL

At Adelaide CPAP Service we understand undertaking CPAP therapy is an important ongoing step in maintaining your health.

Once commencing your CPAP journey with us you will be eligible for ongoing free supportive care that includes - 

  • Periodic data downloads of your therapy.

  • Review  reports for your treating medical specialists on request.

  • Provision of a loan unit if repair of your machine is required.

  • Weekly remote monitoring via modem (if purchased with your unit) of your therapy.

  • Trained assistance with any post set up therapy issues i.e - mask changes, pressure setting adjustmensts, sleep apnea education.
